About Lux Metals
Lux Metals Corp. (TSX-V: LXM) is a Canadian gold exploration company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Company holds over 15,000 hectares of prospective ground across two gold-focused projects in Quebec and Saskatchewan, targeting new discoveries in established Canadian mining districts.
Exploration Strategy
Lux Metals acquires and advances gold projects in well-established Canadian mining jurisdictions where substantial historical exploration work provides a foundation for new discovery. The Company applies modern geological methods, including 3D structural modelling and updated geophysical interpretation, to re-evaluate known gold systems and identify targets within large, underexplored land packages.
Quebec's James Bay region, where the Company's flagship project is located, is recognized as a tier-one mining jurisdiction with active gold production, established infrastructure, and a supportive regulatory framework.
Our Projects
La Grande Project (James Bay, Quebec) is the Company's flagship asset, located along a 40 km greenstone belt in the James Bay region of Quebec. The project hosts the historically drilled Zone 32 gold corridor and benefits from year-round road access via the Transtaiga Road, nearby hydroelectric infrastructure, and proximity to operating gold mines including the Eleonore Mine. The Company has completed advanced data review and 3D structural modelling, and is currently contemplating a diamond drill program at La Grande.
Lux Lake Project (Saskatchewan) is an early-stage gold property situated along a major northeast-southwest structural corridor in Saskatchewan. The property is contiguous with Ramp Metals' Rottenstone Property and remains largely unexplored for gold-specific targets.
Note: Mineralization hosted on adjacent or nearby properties is not necessarily indicative of mineralization on the Lux Lake Property.
Leadership
Lux Metals is led by a board and management team with combined experience spanning gold discovery, mine development, and capital markets. The team includes professionals who have held technical and operational roles at Goldcorp, Newmont, Rio Tinto, Fortescue, and O3 Mining.
