Carl Ginn President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Ginn is a professional geologist with over a decade of experience in the senior and junior mining/exploration space and has a strong track record with gold and battery metals projects in North America. He was a part of Goldcorp’s Canadian projects in the Red Lake and Timmins districts and, most recently, was an integral part of the discovery team on Aston Minerals’ Boomerang Deposit. Mr. Ginn is a Professional Geoscientist in Ontario and is currently focusing on advancing gold, nickel and lithium projects in Canada.
Matthew HerbertDirector
Mr. Herbert is a multi-commodity mining executive and applied geologist with 25+ years of global experience across the mining value chain, including exploration, resource development, operations, corporate strategy, and capital markets. His career spans senior technical and executive roles at Rio Tinto, Fortescue Metals Group and Green Technology Metals, where he served as Chief Operating Officer during a period of transformational growth. At GT1, Mr. Herbert was instrumental in scaling the company from a A$50 million market capitalisation at listing to over A$200 million, increasing the lithium resource 400%, with multiple successful capital raisings, including institutional placements and strategic investments across Australia, North America, and Asia
Mike StierDirector
Educated in business management & finance, Mr. Stier has spent the past 20 years focused on and building expertise in the capital markets. Experienced in corporate structure, finance, business development, IPO's, M&A, and wealth management, Mr. Stier served as a CIBC IIROC licensed Senior Financial Advisor, senior analyst for a private equity company and more recently holds executive and directorship roles with private companies and publicly listed issuers. He has consulted in industries including mining, oil & gas, fintech, VR, eSports, health, life sciences and biotech. Mr. Stier has acted for several public entities and currently sits on the board of GoldHaven Resources Corp.
Geneviève Ayotte, CPAChief Financial Officer
Ms. Ayotte is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management as well as a D.E.S.S. in Public Accounting from HEC Montréal (2008). Since beginning her career in 2008, she has developed significant expertise in the mining sector, with a strong foundation in public accounting gained at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). In 2022, she joined Arianne Phosphate as Chief Financial Officer and currently also serves on the Board of Directors of Géoméga Resources Inc..
Jean-Felix LepageDirector
Mr. Lepage obtained his Bachelor of Mining Engineering from Université Laval and holds a college technical degree in mineral processing from CEGEP de Thetford. He has over 15 years of experience in mining and managing operations, projects, and development activities. Mr. Lepage most recently worked at Newmont Corporation where he held several different operational roles. Mr. Lepage began his career as a metallurgist and later moved on to be a mine superintendent, where he managed the underground mining operations at Newmont Eleonore Mine. He was more recently the Vice-President Projects at O3 Mining, where he led the Marban Project though the study and development process.
